History and Mission

Since 1967, Pathways for Children has been a leader in early education and care programs on local, state, and national levels, bringing together children from all walks of life to learn the values of community, respect, and education. Our children learn to value themselves and their place in the world. Although we have built our programs in response to needs in our Cape Ann community, they have become models for other regions.

The mission of Pathways for Children is to serve the best interests of infant through adolescent children and their families - whether disadvantaged by circumstance or in search of opportunity - by delivering the empowering gift of quality educational, social development and support services that strengthen the family unit and the community.
