Pathways for Children is looking for a part-time Receptionist at our office in Beverly for 27.50 hrs. per wk.
Essential Functions include: Maintaining confidentiality at all times, Greet public and screen calls, Distribute mail/emails, Typing, word processing, copying, and collating as assigned, Order supplies, Keep postage meter supplied, Maintain schedules for meeting room usage, Process classroom attendance daily, Keep copiers/fax machines maintained/supplied, Update restraining orders, Maintain/update reception manual, Schedule reception coverage/train substitutes, Implement security procedures, Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required: Experience dealing with the public
Preferred: Two years office experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent, training in word processing/typing
Physical Abilities Required: Ability to sit for extended periods and to utilize a key board and computer. Ability to complete word processing/typing tasks with speed and accuracy. Supervise substitutes.
