Grants Associate

Pathways for Children/Gloucester seeks a part-time Grants Associate responsible for identifying, researching and pursuing foundation, government and corporate grant funding opportunities to support/enhance/expand Pathways’ programs, services, and initiatives.  This person will be responsible for all aspects of the grant seeking and writing process including working with staff to obtain required information, generating and submitting letters of inquiry, proposals, budgets and supporting documents, maintaining grant calendar and drafting progress reports to grantors. The Grants Associate will also cultivate, solicit and steward grantors as assigned.

Strong communications skills including writing clear, structured, articulate, responsive, persuasive and strategic grant proposals, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong research and follow through skills, demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and strong contributor in a team environment required.

Knowledge of Raisers Edge or data entry system and experience working in a non-profit is preferred.
