35 Hours – per week / Exempt 52 weeks
For all Cape Ann and North Shore Pathways programs. Must have valid driver’s license and the ability and willingness to travel between centers located in Salem, Beverly and Gloucester.
General Responsibilities: In conjunction with the Parent Engagement and Policy Council Coordinator works with parents, children, community members, and staff in a team approach to facilitate and ensure the implementation of the Head Start Performance Standards and the written parent/family/community engagement plan. This position assists with family events, trainings, and community involvement initiatives that support family, child, and community partnerships.
Qualifications: Education and/or Experience:
- Associates Degree or certification in a field related to human services, business management, or early education with at least 2 years of experience working in a setting involving children and families
- Ability to read and write proficiently in English (Bi-Lingual English/ Spanish preferred)
- Proficient with computers for effective communication and reporting purposes
