The Admissions/ERSEA Assistant Manager supports the daily activities of the Pathways Admissions Department and serves as the department leader when the Manager is not available. The Assistant Manager provides hands-on support during all audits/reviews, attends all webinars and training for best practices, analyzes and prepares reports regarding enrollment in Pathways programs, and plays a central role in maintaining enrollment in our childcare/early education programs.
Admissions/ERSEA Assistant Manager makes eligibility decisions that meet requirements of Federal Head Start Performance Standards, Department of Early Education and Care and agency policies. This position also actively recruits families for our Head Start program. $18.30 – $21.00 per hr. commensurate with education and experience.
