Responsible for overseeing all agency provided food services at the center. Actively participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to provide nutrition services to children, families and staff. Coordinate with on site management team in efficient daily operation of program. Ensure Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) guidelines for food substitution, preparation, service and storage and record maintenance are followed on site. “Serv Safe” certification needed or must obtain within 6 months of employment. Prior food service or related experience preferred.
