HEALTH AND NUTRITION

Get moving!  Aim for an hour of movement a day. Please remember—social distancing is a time to maintain a distance between your family and other families that do not live with you. Although it might be tempting, avoid places where people might congregate, such as playgrounds.

We all know that having your preschooler home (and maybe other children as well) for this long can be challenging.  We encourage you and your family to spend some time moving — especially if it is in the comfort of your own home. You will all feel better when you get moving.  An impromptu dance party is sometimes just what is needed to get through the day! Try this goal sheet for helping your family set and then reach your healthy goals.
