The financial statements of Pathways for Children, Inc. for the year ending June 30, 2023, were audited by AAFCPAs, Westborough, MA, whose unmodified opinions on the financial statements and compliance with the major Federal program were dated November 8, 2023. No material weaknesses or significant deficiencies were noted in internal control over financial reporting and internal control over the major federal program, and there were no audit findings.
